Here's how you could do it yourself:
- get a checkout of trunk branch (instructions on web site)
- run:
mtn diff -r t:packetfence-2.2.1 -r t:packetfence-3.0.0
addons/packages/packetfence.spec | grep Require

You'll see all dependencies changes (marked as Requires: or
BuildRequires: in RPM spec).
