Are you using our latest version?
I have followed the documentation from the packetfence website.
Its Packet fence Administration Guide 3.0.1.
I don't know how to find out the latest version.
How did you install? (RPM, tarball, other)
I have followed the steps which is given in the Administration guide.
With thanksSelvaraj

I would say, you should enable php open short tag in your php.ini or as
a php_value in the apache config.

short open tag should be set in packetfence's apache config. If it is
not consider this an issue.
Selvaraj (Mr IT Guy),
Are you using our latest version?
What's your environment? (distro, apache version, php version)
How did you install? (RPM, tarball, other)
Thanks,
