1st - thanks for the "egrep" hint. I am still very much a Linux Newbie.

2nd - Yes, I had. However, this is the WAP that I was bouncing back and forth
between two different "buildings" (the real network in my building, and my lab
network in the same building) and it looks like the "key" that is currently in
"known_hosts" is no longer the key that matches the WAP. I deleted and
recreated this key in known_hosts and IT WORKS!!!!

As always, thanks for your help. You guys are wonderful.

Subject: Re: [Packetfence-users] What triggers VLAN / IP Addr change from
registration to guest

Hi Michael,

The good news is: your code seems fine!

The less good news as extracted from packetfence.log:
> Oct 21 11:55:38 pfcmd_vlan(25435) ERROR: ERROR: Can not connect to
> access point 10.126.1.144 using SSH
> (pf::SNMP::Cisco::Aironet::deauthenticateMac)

Grepping for ERROR, WARN is often helpful when troubleshooting pf:
$ egrep "FATAL|ERROR|WARN" logs/packetfence.log

Did you connect to the access point with ssh as user root and as user pf to add
the host's fingerprint to the ssh database? Very important to do both. In this
case, the captive portal run as pf.

Also if you have a lot of APs you might be interested by:

Hopefully it'll be fixed and make your week-end more enjoyable! :)
