RADMAC auth in PF is designed to automatically accept any request, when the
user hits radmac for the first time PF uses the info in the request to create
the necessary entries in the database. Then normally you would return the
registration vlan and present the user with a captive portal authentication
page, after the successful auth of the client they would be de-authed from the
device then forcing another radmac request that responds with the production
vlan.
Basically what you are seeing is by design.

Subject: [Packetfence-users] Radius MAC Authorization Issues (Wireless)
I am having an issue testing out PacketFence in my environment. I am using a
Enterasys C4110 Wireless Controller and when testing the RADIUS MAC auth, it
always comes back authorized, whether the device is registered in PF or not.
The only log info that I can find relating to this is the following in the
packetfence.log (re-occurrence everytime I test):
Oct 26 10:36:38 pf::WebAPI(7336) WARN: Unknown connection_type. NAS-Port-Type:
Wireless-Other, EAP-Type: 0. (pf::radius::_identifyConnectionType)
Oct 26 10:36:38 pf::WebAPI(7336) INFO: We decided not to act on this radius
call. Stop handling request from 10.100.1.40. (pf::radius::authorize)
Can someone please help me figure this out?
Thanks,
Shannon
