Under inline enforcement it's probably possible by tweaking the iptables
rules although we haven't looked into it yet.

With VLAN enforcement, assign a different VLAN for guests than for
normal users and then it's a matter of configuring your networking
equipment properly to do priority/shaping based on VLAN.

Sharing any of your findings about how to do so would be appreciated.
