Do you have a pfdhcplistener running on that interface? Can you check
if the port 67 is allowed in the iptables.conf for that interface?

not being added to packetfence based on DHCP ip helper-address. I can
see the request his the packetfence server if I do a "tcpdump -i eth0
port bootps --vvv" but the packetfence.log is not logging them and
they won't show up as unregistered devices.
