The issue was that DHCPListener was not selected on eth0. This fixed it. Not
sure but must have missed it when running the configurator during the upgrade
to 3.0.2.
On a side note. When in the Web management under Configuration/Interfaces,
when setting the Type for a particular interface, the choice is managed and I
believe it should say management. If you select managed from the web it will
give you a warning during restart of packetfence that this will be depreciated.
