That did it! Thank you so much! Another question... If I left zen alone,
how would I get both vlans internal and management on the same switch
port right now (I'm using 1 nic but the management is using wireless
and the inline is wired)? Would I have to use trunking on my switch for
this? What the vlans be tagged? Thanks again!

Well the issue here is simple, you have a management interface as an
inline interface, it will **never** work that way.
You need to have on the server a real management interface (the
network where your internet is available), and a second interface, the
inline interface, where your local users will be connecting to. The
traffic is beeing nated to the management interface.
