If only it was that simple! ;) Unfortunately we won't be able to apply GPO
settings as the user devices are off domain, in a BYOD setting.

I don't think you can redirect their homepage EVERY time, I know you can
specify the page they see the first time after they register. However since PF
is not normally an in-line device it would be difficult (if not impossible) to
do this.
In inline mode I am not sure, we have no experience with it.
