Hi Etienne, The problem is not PacketFence, the problem the hardware. I don't think the Cisco Aironet supports Guest VLAN on a WPA2-Enterprise SSID. If you have a WLC or a WiSM, maybe it is feasible, but I never personally tried it. The Guest VLAN feature means that if a user does not respond to a EAPOL packet, the switch will put the device in the Guest VLAN.
What we usually suggest is to have 2 SSIDs, one Public (For Guests) using mac authentication and one Secure (For Staff) using WPA2-Enterprise.
