I am in the middle of an upgrade to PF 3.1 and I can't help but notice that to restart a service using the pfcmd tool takes at least 30 seconds on my box. I have not manually killed the services using the native linux commands since that causes PF to get angry, but is this normal? is there some directive that is configured to slow it down.
