Quick FYI: this issue has been fixed by adding a new enable/disable parameter to pf.conf. As you can read in UPGRADE: > - New pf.conf configuration flag: registration.guests_self_registration > This parameter allows to enable or disable guest self-registration. It > deprecates the previous technique to disable this feature (set modes=). > It is enabled by default so when upgrading make sure to disable it if you > don't want to allow self-registered guests. > So anyone not allowing self registered guests will have to set guests_self_registration=disabled under [registration].
