For Microsoft machines, you can use SoH.  However, you won't be able to 
detect that it is Kaspersky, you will only be able to detect that the 
machine has a non-microsoft AV installed/updated/running.

Otherwise, you will need to use Nessus with local credentials (a nessus 
scan user on the client machines).
