I'm sorry for the probably-dumb question but I am just not seeing that
anywhere on the website, that the host must be running Linux. I thought I
could use VMWare Workstation installed on a Windows 7 host, and run CentOS
6 (with PF installed) in VMWare? Should I have CentOS 6 as my host OS too
or does it matter what Linux distribution I use?

Virtualization & Cloud Management Using Capacity Planning
Cloud computing makes use of virtualization - but cloud computing
also focuses on allowing computing to be delivered as a service.
