Hi,
I'm installing a pf-zen 3.1 and while testing the captive portal I get an
error of: "An error occured while sending the confirmation email". Below is
the error generated in packetfence.log.
Mar 31 09:28:15 guest-selfregistration.cgi(0) ERROR: Can't send email
to(<biscotti.macdon...@gmail.com>email
edited out): SMTP mail() command failed: (pf::email_activation::send_email)

self-registration

I have the alerting smtpserver setting configured to point to another
internal smtp server to relay the mail out, but it doesn't work either if I
leave it set to localhost. From pf I can telnet to the other server on port
25 and successfully send an email. tail -f /var/log/maillog when trying to
register shows nothing.
Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks,
