There is no link, just empiric observations. The problem we faced with this IOS is that for some reason, the port-security mac addresses lines are disappearing from the port configuration. This is happening when having VoIP, but we even saw it without VoIP. We did not investigate further yet since our customer decided to move on to MAB instead.
