UPDATE
Got it to register but only IF I leave the PID as 1 ... changing it to anything
else would not work. And, now that it is registered for some reason I cannot
change the PID.

As I am sure many of you are aware Xbox(es) do not have a browser to complete
the web form in order to register using the PF captive portal.
Our SOP is to register them manually, however I am getting the following error
