What daemon(s) do I need to signal or restart after editing switches.conf? For
example, to resolve:
WARN: We have received a trap from switch 10.9.8.7. This switch is
UNREGISTERED. Flush the trap (main::parseTrap)
In testing and early production, I've been restarting both pfsetflan and
snmptrapd, but that creates (brief) downtime.
