For the currently anticipated uses, "Wait 5 minutes, restart your computer, or disconnect/reconnect the network cable" are acceptable workarounds, but I'll see about improving that.
Vaguely related, is there any reasonable way in PF 3.4.1 to access the "Aruba-Location-Id" VSA from pf::vlan::custom.pm? Since everything is handled by the Aruba controller, that's the only way to know where they actually are.
