First, as a small mailing list etiquette advice: try to avoid
high-jacking threads. Start with a new message instead of a reply to an
old message, it messes up with threaded email viewers. No worries for
now, just try to avoid it in the future.

Two options:

- provision guest accounts in the Web Admin: Person -> Manage guests.
You probably need to enable something in the configuration.

- add real user accounts. With the local back-end accounts are simply
htpasswd entries in /usr/local/pf/conf/user.conf. Other authentication
back-ends link to AD, LDAP, etc.
