No.  Password is generated and stored in the DB.  One cannot change it 
afterward.

Yes. There is a config flag to limit that tho.  You have the 
registration.maxnodes flag, and if you look at the categories in the GUI, you 
will see a maxnode setting there too.

Bottomline, categorize your nodes as guest, and set the maxnode on the guest 
category to 1, and you will be all set.
