The request and answer are correct. I have also started working with HP to 
figure out why the Radius attributes are not being used even though they are 
being sent to the controller. It appears that PacketFence is sending the proper 
information and authenticating clients but the VLAN assignments are completely 
ignored. PCAPS on both sides indicates everything is good from PacketFence 
point of view. Thanks for the debug command.
