So you create one ESS profile per building or whatnot, set a different RADIUS port for each of them and then, on the PacketFence server, you modify the RADIUS configuration to listen to all these ports and inject attributes to differentiate incoming requests, which will then be used for dynamic VLAN assignment based on different "locations".
