Hello all. I am in need of assistance with configuring PacketFence 3.6.1 on
either CentOS6 or CentOS 5.

I have tried both versions, but am getting the same error when starting
PacketFence from the initial Web configuration with Inline enforcement
selected. The error is as follows:

Checking configuration sanity...
FATAL - networks.conf cannot be empty when services.dhcpd is enabled
FATAL - networks.conf cannot be empty when services.named is enabled

For some reason, the networks.conf file is not being populated and I am not
sure why that is.

My test environments have been virtual machines (one for CentOS 6 and one for
CentOS 5) on VMware ESXi 5. The host is an HP DL360 G5 server with 8GB of RAM.
Each VM was setup to have 2GB of RAM, 20GB HDD, 3 NICs (E1000).

The OS were installed from ISOs and PacketFence was installed according to the
Administration Guide.

For CentOS 6, the NetworkManager service was disabled and the network service
was enabled.
IPv4 Forwarding was also enabled on both OSes.

Any help that can be provided is much appreciated. Thanks!

James Garcellano
