If you have nothing in the snmptrapd.log that mean that there is
something wrong with the switch trap configuration or a firewall between
the switch and packetfence (upd 162) .
When PacketFence will receive a violation trap, then it will set the
switchport acces into the registration vlan, so you can set the
registration vlan if you want.
