Enrico,
This is exactly what PacketFence does. Either on the wired side or on 
the wireless side, if your equipment supports what is needed, 
PacketFence will do the job.
Regarding your Cisco access point, make sure it supports "dynamic VLAN 
assignation" through RADIUS tunnel attributes.
