I managed to solve this problem by setting the "sponsor has to be from local
domain" to no :)

It is pretty self-explaining...
You are trying to get access through a sponsor who "doesn't have the
right" to sponsor guest access.
A bit more of explanations and maybe some config files would help us
helping you ;)
