The upstream package manager for OpenFusion has issued a new package
following our bug report.
If you can afford to, it might be worthwile to try and see if it fixes
the issue for you.
In his defense, the bug is probably in the CPAN module to begin with :

The new package is
perl-SOAP-Lite-0.715-2

Try yum downgrade perl-SOAP-Lite.
There may be an issue with the version from OpenFusion.
