UPDATE:
I've reinstall everything from scratch, but this time i'm using CentOS 6
x86 fully update. Still using promox v2 as a host.
The installation went smooth, i can access to the web configuration _BUT_
this time i'm stuck at step 3, database configuration. Checking packetfence
log reveal this error :

Which module do i miss here?
