Hi Ludovic,
I set up a sponsor using Active Directory as the source and was able to
register a guest but when the sponsor clicks on the link
and authenticates he gets a message "Sorry! You have reached the maximum
number of devices you are able to register with this username." even if the
user didn't sponsor anyone yet. Can you please advise what settings I
should check to fix this issue.
