Notice, the httpd.portal should be started but it is not.
Since this is a test setup and I have been doing a lot of config changes I am
going to remove and reinstall PF just to make sure I did not muck something up.

i think it is a pid file problem, let´s have a look inside
/usr/local/pf/var/run and remove the file httpd.portal.pid and restart pf.

I cannot get to the captive portal at all, but the admin GUI works fine. I did
not see anything useful in the logs.
I am not an apache guy, so any assistance would be appreciated.
