Hi,
It seems my PF lost the control to the switch.
It was working fine yesterday morning, but failed in the afternoon. The log
file packetfence.log did not show any message when I plugged/unplugged a
device on the switch port. Normally it shows the status change of the
switch port.
I have the following setting on the swich. 192.168.1.5 is the PF.
192.168.1.12 is the switch.
snmp-server host 192.168.1.5 version 2c public port-security
Part of the config of switch.conf are as below:
[192.168.1.12]
mode=production
triggerInline=
deauthMethod=SNMP
type=Cisco::Catalyst_2960
cliTransport=SSH
radiusSecret=useStrongerSecret
SNMPVersion=2c
uplink=24
uplink_dynamic=0
When I tried to modify the switch setting via Web UI packetfence.log gives
me the following error:

I swear I have never touched that file. Why there is such error?
How do I do the troubleshooting to fix this problem?
