Hi Zlyzwy,

stop your current dhcp service:

service dhcpd stop

Then try starting the service with the following command.  My OS is CentOS
6.4.

sudo /usr/sbin/dhcpd -lf /usr/local/pf/var/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases -cf
/usr/local/pf/var/conf/dhcpd.conf -pf /usr/local/pf/var/run/dhcpd.pid
eth0.2 eth0.3 eth0.5
