Thanks Louis!! It didn't work directly, but pointed me in the right direction to get the correct Moo package. It still failed to update, stating lots of conflicts with freeradius files. Had to manually erase freeradius, and then install packetfence again.
Finally working (at least as far as I can tell remotely - the site is 150km away from the office, so now got to drive there to see if the captive-portal is working correctly on the wifi!!)
