Hi all,
Since going live with our packetfence deployment I've had an expiry date set on
our nodes which in theory would unregister all nodes at the end of August, then
any inactive unregistered nodes get cleared after 30 days. I've had this set
with:

expire_mode=deadline
expire_deadline=Fri Aug 31 23:59:00 BST 2013
[expire]
node=30D
iplog=180D
traplog=180D
locationlog=30D
However, this morning I was asked to clear out the database sooner than this so
I changed the expire_deadline date to Thu Jul 25 12:00:00 BST 2013 and
restarted the packetfence services. We've now passed this time but there is no
change to the registered nodes.
Does expire_deadline work? Is there a better way to completely clear out my
nodes database short of a reinstall?
