Following the "Configuration by example" in the guide i managed to finally be
able of using 802.1x authentication. Now for the nex step Nessus and Snort are
needed so i can detect the use of Limewire in the network, the problem is even
being able of running these two applications it seems they are not synchronized
with Packet Fence and therefore i can't detect any violation. Any idea on where
the problem might be?
I'm using Packet Fence 4.0.3 on a CentOS machine and a cisco Catalyst 2960. If
needed i can provide the configuration files, thanks in advance
