I guess you are talking about the guest management interface right ? The one in
which you were able to login (not the admin interface) and create some guest
accounts ? If so, this interface is no longuer available in PacketFence V4.
Everything is under the admin interface. We are working on "permissions" for
that admin interface so that some user only have some access but for the
moment, it is everything or nothing.

Not sure I fully understand that. Please refer to my previous answer if it fits
what I explained, otherwise, clarify.

Yep that option have been removed. Guests self-registration modes are
dynamically computed according to portal profiles configuration.
