Hai.
Good day.
Glad that I've installed packetfence 4.0.6-2 on Ubuntu successfully.
However, some services didn't start automatically when I start packetfence.
It show the error:
Insecure dependency in sprintf while running with -T switch at
/usr/local/pf/lib/pf/services.pm line 398
I checked the status of all services by command after navigate to /usr/local/pf/
$./bin/pfcmd service pf status
and this is the result:
service|shouldBeStarted|pid
pfdns|1|0
dhcpd|1|0
pfdetect|0|0
snort|0|0
suricata|0|0
radiusd|1|0
httpd.webservices|1|0
httpd.admin|1|14976
httpd.portal|1|0
snmptrapd|1|0
pfsetvlan|1|0
pfdhcplistener|1|0
pfmon|1|0
Only one service is runnning.
I found a similar bug reported at www.packetfence.org/bugs/view.php?id=1575
However this bug is marked as resolve with solution by adding
#Untaint Daemon
$daemon =~ /^(.*)$/;
$daemon = $1;
In lib/pf/services.pm.
However,in my case,my services.pm already have the code I've mentioned above,so
this shouldn't be the solution of my problem.
Some perl forum state that it's because of the perl version.

Any suggestion?
