The parsing of that file (networks.conf) to configure the DHCP configuration
probably doesn’t allow multiple dns servers entries for the moment. That
shouldn’t be that complicated to since dhcpd support that so if you can submit
a feature request on our BTS (http://packetfence.org/bugs) and we’ll be able to
look at it :)
