are you ready to upgrade to 4.1 ?
We have added a new function to get the ifindex in the switch.
Also i have found a little bug so you have to apply this patch too on
the 4.1.

since it differs from the code you sent i removed it and replaced it
with the code you sent to me (which is my old code i guess ^^).
I hope i did not get you wrong though. The above code was posted in
the switches.conf by packetfence after a fresh install and after
adding the switch into an empty conf file since i reinstalled the
whole os.
Even though still no luck. This is the code i get which should be not
different from the code i already posted (except for the date xD )
