Hi Sampath,
it would be helpful if you briefly describe your network infrastructure
(how many PCs? how many firewalls? which kind of Internet connectivity?
what are you using to access the Internet (proxy [which?]? direct NAT?
other?). Also it's very important to know if you are already using VLANs
within your network, or not, and which kind of network equipments are you
using to run your LAN.
