Well, it didn't work. I don't know why, but dns resolution didn't work.
Since I'm starting to understand how packetfence works, I simply removed 
(and purged) packetfence (it remove all the dependencies as well, which 
is great) and installed it back.
But I think I managed to set it up correctly this time.

I still have some shenanigans to check, but it seems working great this 
time.
