This looks like something I ran into this while testing, and figured it
was related to the stress of testing. This is from my notes, and it's
possible the final perl -e string may need adjusting. I found this in an
apache related forum, I believe:
* httpd.admin won't start
1. shared memory unhappiness
ipcs -s shows lots of stuff
2. Shutdown PF
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd service pf stop
3. Make sure it's really down
ps auwwx | grep pf
4. Kill them all off
1. ipcs -s | grep pf | perl -e 'while (<STDIN>) { @a=split(/\s+/); print
`ipcrm sem $a[1]`}'
