OpenVAS support was developped a long time ago and the API changed a lot since 
then. That is the reason why it is no longer working. If you really want to use 
it, you may want to try an older version (maybe version 2 or 3) or may ask to 
support newer version.

Yeah… thoses are clearly bad API calls coming from PacketFence to OpenVAS 
trying to instantiate the task.

Work shouldn’t be that complicated but we need to review the flow to trigger a 
scan task on the OpenVAS scanner.
