Hi,
I have recently run into an odd issue that I am hoping someone can help with.
We have several autonomous Cisco APs working well with Packetfence. Recently
we added our first WLC which, initially, worked quite well. Now after moving
it to its permanent home, we are unable to access the guest ssid. Our internal
802.1x ssid continues to work well.
In the logs I see an attempt to update the location log with a null value for
column 'dot1x_username'. This occurs only for attempts to connect to the
WLC/guest network from an ipad and one of my two android devices. My second
android device is able to connect without issue. Is there some step of
configuration on the controller that we are overlooking that is causing PF to
think an open connection should have a dot1x username? Where can I look for
more clues as to what's happening?
Packetfence v4.1
WLC 2504 running 7.4.121.0
Routed network.
10.71.110.66 is a registration interface on my packetfence server.
