I did the first one, pasted
mysql -u root -p pf -v < db/upgrade-4.1.0-4.2.0.sql
into the console.
For running the commands within mysql, I just tried logging in as root,
switching to use pf, and then ran the command
db/upgrade-4.1.0-4.2.0.sql
but it obviously didn't like that as it didn't know how to find the file,
etc. So... how should I run the commands from within mysql? Open the file
and copy/paste the contents?
