My guess is that you only changed the management IP address / VLAN right ?

If my guess is right (you only changed the management IP), you simply need to
make it persistent by configuring your OS accordingly and make the change in
PacketFence configuration (the management interface in pf.conf).
Once done, simply restart PacketFence services (service packetfence restart)
and you should be golden.
