Hi!
I could solve my problem.
The PacketFence ZEN-4_3.zip-file contains 3 files instead of 4.
According to the PacketFence ZEN-4_3.mf-file, which contains information SHA1,
it says that the files are:
1- PacketFence-ZEN-4_3-disk1.vmdk
2- PacketFence-ZEN-4_3-file1.iso
3- PacketFence-ZEN-4_3.ovf
The second file is missing.
I searched Google the SHA1 of the second file
(f21a71e8e31df73297bdd1ccd4a64a36831284bd) and found that refers to the file:
CentOS-6.5-x86_64-minimal.iso
To resolve the problem:
- I downloaded the file from:
http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/centos/6.5/isos/x86_64/CentOS-6.5-x86_64-minimal.iso
- Then I renamed it to "PacketFence-ZEN-4_3-file1.iso" and put it in the same
folder with the other 3 files
- Finally, I was able to deploy from VMware!

The correct file was re-uploaded a few hours ago:
