I've been playing around with PF since version ~3.6 on RHEL6 machines. I've
never had the installation procedure configure the pf user properly, so I've
had to do it manually. I just tried a fresh install of PF 4.3 and though it
created the user pf (w/ id 495), it still didn't create the pf group. PF
wouldn't start properly because of this error.
Currently the pf user only belongs to the group "users." Should the pf user
belong only to the pf group, or both users & pf, or is only users correct?
Thanks,
-GN
