Thanks Fabrice for all the insight. What you explain is exactly the way we we
need it to work. It is currently with a few hiccups mostly that relate to
phones running android.

Again, thanks.

Hi Chris,

it should work like that, setting a filter based on the SSID will present this
portal profile if you try to connect on this specific SSID (FreeWifi).
Then you will be able to register on Facebook, Linkedin or Google.
If the registration is successfull then packetfence will try to match a rule
and without conditions , the rule is like a catch all.

Fabrice

Hey Fabrice,

We tried that initially and it did not work without the rule. This is the
config.

Hi Chris,

Remove: SSID matches regexp ^*$ and retry.

Btw you can create a portal profile based on a SSID filter and select your
Oauth2 source inside.

Hi Fabrice,

I think we have it figured out with a rule under sources. New to the program
obviously and didn't know this was a requirement initially.

Thank you very much for the response.

Hello all!! I am having an issue with the portal. We are using OAuth2 with
google login. When connecting I am directed to the registration page however
once I select to login I get directed to a page stating:

"Sorry!
You have reached the maximum number of devices you are able to register with
this username."

I have adjusted the Roles setting for all defined ID's to 100 so I am sure I
have not come close to this limit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you,
Chris Heighway
